Our crews had the opportunity to train with Delaware Army National Guard and Delaware Army Aviation Thursday evening and this morning. Our responders learned about hoist operations, how to assist with hoist ops, and how to safely operate around the Blackhawk aircraft. Thank you to the Delaware Army National Guard for the opportunity to train with you!

This morning there was a knock on the station door. A neighbor had a little 🦇 problem and needed some help. It would have been really awkward if we found Batman standing in the hall but luckily for us it was just a Little Brown Bat. The 🦇 was carefully and safely captured and released. If you ever find a bat in your house or apartment follow these tips: http://batworld.org/what-to-do-if-you-found_a_bat/

For rescues large and small, we'll be here. "Service for Others"
