Today President Seador and members of our department had the opportunity to meet with Willow Hodge. Willow is the young lady from Cherry Hill who decided to run a lemonade stand to help raise money for Aetna's capital campaign to purchase a new fire engine. In about 7 hours this past Saturday she raised just over $200.00 - that's a lot of lemonade! Beyond that, Willow should be commended for her willingness to get involved in the community and support her local fire and EMS services. Assistant Chief Sands presented her with an Aetna T shirt, hat and a Chief's challenge coin. Willow's actions epitomize Aetna's motto of "Service for Others" and we are very grateful for her efforts!
