On Monday April 23, stations 7,8,9, and 10 were alerted to an MVC with Rollover at South College Ave and I95 South Bound.  A-7 was the first arriving Aetna unit.  On their arrival Delaware State Police advised one subject heavily trapped that was possibly a fatality.  Crew from A-7 investigated and confirmed.  At this time Deputy 8 assumed command and requested an additional rescue as well as Deldot to shut down the off ramps from I95 SB.  This added Christiana 12-6 as well as Claymont for USAR-13.  USAR-13 commander requested that a rotator be requested for lifting.  This added a 65 ton rotator from B and F towing as well as a 75 ton rotator from First State Towing.  Once the vehicle was stabilized with the rotators, crews were able to safely extricate the victim.  Crews were on scene for approximately two and a half hours.
Units on Scene were: E-74, E-95, R-8, A-7, D-7, TSU-9, EMS-9, E12-6, USAR-13, DSP Trooper-4, Medic-6, ALS-29
