House Fire

Just after 6pm on October 28, 2016, Aetna long with mutual aid were dispatched to the unit block of Argyle Road in the Robscott Manor development for a residential fire.  Crews arrived to find smoke showing from the 2nd floor eaves of a 2-story split-level single family dwelling.  Crews quickly extinguished the fire in the bedroom and 1 occupant was transported by UD-1 to Christiana Hospital for evaluation.  The Delaware State Fire Marshal's office is handling the investigation and Deputy Chief Schall had Newark Command.

Companies Responded: Aetna, Christiana Fire Company, Mill Creek Fire Company, University of Delaware Emergency Care Unit, New Castle County Paramedics.  Cranston Heights Fire Company, Minquas Fire Company, and Five Points Fire Company provided station coverage during the incident.
