Aetna units along with mutual aid responded to a fire early Tuesday morning on February 11. Engine 9-5 was the first to arrive, where crews observed smoke emanating from a ground floor apartment in the 100 block of Thorn Lane. Upon entry they determined there was a fire in the bathroom wall, which they quickly extinguished. Crews from 8-2 and Squirt 7 found no extension to the floors above, and the scene was placed under control by Deputy 10, who released the crews and stayed behind to meet with the Fire Marshal.

Units on Scene: S7, 8-2, 9-5, 10-5, Deputy 10, Christiana Fire Company
