2nd Alarm Fire

At 1009 hours on 4/10/2015, Aetna, along with Ladder and Engine 2&21, Engine 14, Engine 12, RIT 30, and NCCEMS Medic 3, were dispatched to 630 Capitol Trail (the Possum Park Apartments) for a building fire with entrapment.  Asst. Chief 7-8B (Fox) arrived on scene a minute later and advised a 3 story brick apartment building with fire showing.  A second alarm assignment was transmitted bringing additional resources to the scene.  Crews from a number of area fire companies battled the fire and a total of 3 patients (1 civilian and 2 firefighters) were transported to CER, there was also one fatality.  The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the fire and Asst. Chief Fox had command.
